Amorcito Corazón is a traditional-Mexican-cuisine restaurant located in
Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Its chef is Armando Saldanha, famous Mexican chef and
winner of the contest of creative cuisine in the last edition of Madrid Fusion.

Q: How do you understand quality and which actions do you carry out to deliver it accurately?
A: For us quality is to guarantee a good offer and
good service. We deliver it through education, respect and of course, a smile.
Q: What is the principal advantage that the restaurant receives from putting effort on quality management and customer service?
A: Personal satisfaction and customer loyalty.
Q: Do you have implemented any mechanism of quality management, which goals does it help to achieve?
A: We manage and improve quality by paying
attention to references. Among our quality mechanisms one can find management
of arrival of deliveries, storage, food manipulation, temperature control, food
elaboration control, checklist before opening…
Q: Do you use frequent mechanisms of communication to obtain feedback from clients about the product and the service that the restaurant offers? Which ones?
A: We strive to maintain a good environment and a good internal and external communication. After the meal we always ask our customer about the experience and look for suggestions of improvement. We also pay attention to the good and bad reviews on social media.
