focus on customer service can help you stand out from the crowd and so you will
capture much more of the potential sales. Good service is a common sense but
sometimes it can be difficult to address mistakes or determine the origin of
them, as well as to measure performance to improve the service. There are
several reasons to care about customer service, the most important ones for
